Sakaki is the head over the Team Rocket Organization, and the creator of the Pokémon Myuutsuu. He is also the Viridian City gym leader.
The Team Rocket organization has many members, although Sakaki keeps an eye on members Musashi, Kojirou and Nyaasu to bring back rare Pokémon. Other teenage members include Yamato and Kosaburou.
Sakaki was responsible for the creation of Myuutsuu, through DNA splicing with the cells of Myuu. Though, Myuutsuu became too strong and destroyed Team Rocket Headquarters.
Sakaki was to use Myuutsuu for his dirty work, but he did use it in a gym battle against Shigeru.
Team Rocket is a worldwide organization, except for the continent of Houen, which Sakaki asked Musashi, Kojirou, and Nyaasu to set up a base in the Houen Region. Sakaki's organization will continue to grow in power. Maybe one day he will take control of the Pokémon world?!
